We collect the name, email address, subject and message you provide in our enquiry form. If you book a meeting, Google Calendar processes the booking details you submit. Basic technical logs may be processed by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and prepare project discussions.
• To schedule meetings and provide requested services.
• To prevent spam, misuse and security incidents.

Retention

General enquiry records are retained for up to 12 months unless a longer period is needed for an active project, legal obligation or dispute. You may request deletion sooner.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell personal information and do not use advertising or behavioural analytics. Information may be processed by our hosting, email, Google Calendar and Google Maps providers only as needed to operate the site.
